The Pathway

Become a Circle Holder

Learn to hold space for other men — steadily, safely, and without stepping into roles you're not trained for.

Standing rule

Circle Holder training authorizes holding men's sharing circles only. It never authorizes facilitating breathwork or cold immersion — those remain led exclusively by certified Wim Hof instructors.

The Pathway

Four stages. Earned in order.

  1. 01

    Method Immersion Graduate

Complete the 4–5 day Method Immersion — the deeper training beyond The Initiation. This is the entry point. Graduates receive lifetime free Brotherhood Circle access.

  2. 02

    6-Week Practicum

Supervised circle-holding practice with a certified holder. Each week you co-hold, debrief, and deepen the methodology. Nothing about this is theoretical.

  3. 03

    Certified Circle Holder

Cleared to run Brotherhood Circles independently and co-host — never solo-lead — retreats. You hold circles; you do not facilitate breathwork or cold work.

  4. 04

    Leadership Council Seat

Selective, from Year 2 onward. Loosely modeled on peer men's work organizations — advisory only, not governing. Not automatic; earned by contribution over time.

What You'll Learn

The craft of holding a room.

Hold space without fixing

Stay present with another man's pain without rushing to solve it.

Read group energy

Feel when the room needs silence, challenge, humor, or a harder question.

The 7 agreements in practice

How to introduce, restate, and hold each agreement when a circle drifts.

Close a circle safely

Bring men back to their day integrated, not cracked open and left there.

Know when to refer out

Recognize what belongs in therapy, medical care, or crisis support — you are not that.
