Brotherhood Circle

A living community of men — not a weekend, not an event. A room we keep returning to.

What Happens in a Circle

One room. Real speech. No performance.

Video call, held space

We meet on Zoom. One facilitator opens and closes the space. Cameras on. No lurking.

Sharing, one man at a time

Each man speaks uninterrupted about what's real for him now — work, body, relationships, grief, hunger, doubt.

Listening without fixing

The rest of us listen fully. No advice, no rescuing, no interrupting. Presence is the gift.

Accountability that lands

Each man names one commitment before he closes. Next circle, we ask how it went.

Confidentiality, always

What is shared in the circle stays in the circle. This is the floor everything else stands on.

Circle Agreements

Seven rules. Every circle. No exceptions.

  1. 01

    Confidentiality

What's shared in the circle stays in the circle.

  2. 02

    No advice, no fixing

Witness, don't rescue. His journey is his own.

  3. 03

    Speak from "I"

From your own experience, not theory or other men's stories.

  4. 04

    No crosstalk

Every man's turn is his own — no interrupting, no hijacking.

  5. 05

    All emotions welcome

There is no wrong way to feel. Anger, tears, laughter — all belong.

  6. 06

    Full presence

Show up fully or not at all. Phones away. Cameras on.

  7. 07

    Challenge, never humiliate

We push each other honestly — always with respect, never with shame.

Ways to Belong

Three doors in.

Free Men's Circle

Free

Initiation Graduate

Included after the retreat

Every man who completes The Initiation is welcomed into aftercare calls. From there, an ongoing subscription keeps you in the monthly circle for the long run.

Lifetime Brotherhood Member

Free for life

Method Immersion graduates receive lifetime free Brotherhood Circle access, plus the option to enter the 6-week circle-holding practicum.

Cadence

One call per month, per language.

We're early. Right now, one English circle and one Spanish circle per month, held separately. As we grow, we'll add more. We'd rather do fewer circles well than many circles hollow.
